Appendix I points out that the ecological design requirements of vacuum cleaners are implemented in two stages:

(a) starting in September 1, 2014:

The annual consumption of electricity should be less than 62 kWh/ years.

The rated input power should be less than 1600 W;

The carpet removal efficiency (dpuc) should be greater than or equal to 0.70%;

The dust removal efficiency (dpuhf) of the hard floor should be greater than or equal to 0.95%.

These requirements are not applicable to water filter vacuum cleaner

(b) starting in September 1, 2017:

The annual consumption of electricity should be less than 43 kWh/ years.

The rated input power should be less than 900 W;

The carpet removal efficiency (dpuc) should be greater than or equal to 0.75%;

The dust removal efficiency (dpuhf) of hard floor should be greater than or equal to 0.98%.

The rate of re - release of dust should not exceed 1%;

The noise power level should be less than or equal to 80 dB;

The durability of the hoses (if any) should be sufficient, and 2.5Kg can still be maintained after 40000 endurance tests under force.

Use;

It is still possible after the secondary durability test

Use;

The life of the motor should be equal to 500 hours.
